Facebook are finally launching its long-awaited redesign next week (here). The changes are a complete overhaul of the current design which organizes everything into tabs and removes a lot of the clutter from profiles with the previews being seen since early May.

The real reason Microsoft want to acquire Yahoo is due to the fact that they want to get their hands on the ”361 patent”. Plimus, the company that makes an e-commerce backbone for other businesses to sell their products or services online has taken an $18 million first round of funding. Rivals include Clickbank.
The investment was provided entirely by Susquehanna Growth Equity.
