Imprivata has raised another $15 million taking its total funding to $50 million. The company which is working on a single sign-on authentication technology that will consolidate all of a corporate user’s accounts into a single password and adds additional security measures to prevent hackers (but with all a corporate user’s passwords in once place, it would be a hacker’s dream to hack this system).

However, the company has noticed that it would be a hacker’s dream and have got their software to combine with physical location trackers which include keycards so that an employee’s account will br unusable if their location tracker is showing them in a different location than the computer they are attempting to login at.
