Is This Really The Behavior Of A $500M Company?

April 3rd, 2008 By Nicholas James

Numerous reviews have been removed regarding the Funwall App on Facebook after being revealed that these reviews are infact reviews off employees of Slide which is the applications owner.

However, Slide aren’t stopping with spamming Facebook with these fake reviews because, they’re using fake accounts to do this which have fake names. This may not seem really important but in a sense it is especially as these employees are adding the fake accounts to the company only Facebook group; you can see the full list of the fake accounts here and as you can see there are pages upon pages of fake accounts, which also breach Facebook’s TOS.

We all know that people are using fake reviews to boost the status of their applications on Facebook and especially the larger companies who have receiving financing to improve userbase and members to keep their investors happy. However, most of the companies have brains to cover up their tracks of doing this instead of posting from accounts that are part of the Slide Inc Facebook network.
