There are times I love Google and this is one of them

According to Domain Tools an informant has told them that Google will stop monetizing all domains if they are less then five days old.  This means potentially the end for Domain Tasting, which will effect a partner who was generating $3 million dollars/month from the practice and that was after Google’s revenue share. As well as this other partners such as  Oversee.net have been using this practice for years and it will have a direct impact on them.

It looks like the gravy train for free money is coming to a halt very fast, with the policy announcement expected to be announced to the channel partners before the end of February when it will go into effect. However, as Google are being cool about cutting out Domain Tasting the fact is they are going to loose massive amounts of revenue, when partners can not exploit this current rule like the partner above who was raking in $3 million/month after Google’s cut.
