Photrade “OR” ShareAPic?

December 12th, 2007 By Nicholas James

I was just browsing the net and I came across ShareAPic which offers the same service in which Photrade does.

ShareAPic recognizes that users of a free service gives a financial benefit to the provider, and that in return profits provided by user participation should be shared (or in their case a percentage) back to the user.

However, when analyzing ShareAPic’s terms of service: http://www.shareapic.net/terms.php lots of different fonts and some are even capitalised :o

The question to ShareAPic is did they rip their terms of service from other site?

Photrade is in BETA at the moment and according to their site users have made $269.70 (when I’ve posted this post) see their site homepage for current stats: http://www.photrade.com. They offer the same service however, they have a cool USP (don’t worry if you don’t know what a USP is…I’ll discuss this in a later blog post). Photrade offers users to sell their pictures at a price they want to sell at which is a nice USP along with the fact you can charge companies for using them too :)

Remember ShareAPic is offering the same service as, Photrade except Photrade give users the opportunity to sell their images to other users and/or companies!
So which one, are you going to use?
