I was just reading John Chow’s blog and came across the post about Agloco joining the dead pool which can be read here: http://www.johnchow.com/agloco-joins-the-dead-pool/

I’m glad I never joined the company now, after many webmasters telling me I should and build up a huge referral network and make money from it that way. However, I wasn’t convinced due to the fact I felt the system had flaws and didn’t produce the toolbar when they should have.

It’s and idea that had potential but went horribly wrong with poor execution, which is where I get an important saying of “The idea is 1%…execution is 99%”.

It seems they are touting themselves for a sale with John Chow potentially looking for the service for the emails. However, I think that with a better plan of action and strategy AGLOCO could have been a service that worked and would I would have been upset that I missed a fantastic opportunity.
